New Customer Reservation Request
If your dog has never boarded with us before, please use this reservation form. Online reservations are not guaranteed or confirmed until you receive an email or telephone call with your reservation confirmation number.
Online reservations are for boarding clients only. Grooming appointments must be made by calling the office at 434-975-DOGS (3647).
Vaccinations
Please check with your veterinary clinic by phone before submitting this form to make sure that all vaccinations have been administered and that nothing is expired or will be expiring before or during your dog’s stay with us. We confirm all vaccine expirations with your veterinary office before reservations are booked. All vaccines must by administered at least 7 days prior to arrival.
The following vaccinations all must be current to board at The Dogg House:
- Rabies
- Distemper/Parvo
- Bordetella (canine cough)
