Frequently Asked Questions

If we haven’t addressed your questions or concerns, please give us a call and we will be happy to talk with you!

Can I take a tour of your facility?

Absolutely! We encourage you to take a tour of our facility at anytime during business hours. No appointment is necessary!

Can I bring my own food?

Of course you can, we actually recommend bringing your pet’s food from home to minimize the risk of gastric upset due to a sudden diet change. However, if that’s not convenient we will feed your pet at no additional charge to you.

Can I bring toys and treats from home?

Yes! We encourage you to bring in anything that would make your pet feel more comfortable in their new “home away from home.” The only exception would be regulation-sized tennis balls.

Can I bring my pet's bed from home?

Absolutely! Please bring in your pet’s favorite bed, or blanket! Belongings from home will just make your pet’s stay more relaxing and comfortable! If you choose not to bring in a bed from home we offer a variety of different options for you to choose from!

What are the vaccination requirements for my pets?

All dogs are required to have current rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines. All cats are required to have current rabies and distemper vaccines. If any vaccinations are not current, they must be updated at least five days prior to your arrival date.

Can my dogs board in the same space together?

Absolutely! We can accommodate multiple pets of the same family in the same space. With multiple sized accommodations available, you have the option to board multiple dogs in suites with a larger square footage. The Junior and XL Suites are up to twice the size of our standard suites and range from 80 square feet for Junior Suites, up to 120 square feet for Extra Large Suites. If you would like to board your dogs together, please make sure to contact us ahead of time to check on availability.

Can you administer medications?

We routinely administer medications to our guests each and every day. Please discuss any specialized medications at your time of arrival. We are happy to administer oral medications up to three times per day. The cost for administering oral medication is $0.50 per administration.

Do you offer any activities for my pet during their stay?

Absolutely! Every guest staying with us receives potty walks, and daily individual one on one play times as part of their boarding package. Guests that are boarding in our upgraded suites receive all the special attention included with our standard boarding package, plus luxury raised orthopedic cot beds, and an additional potty walk as well.

What is the difference in the Junior/XL Suites vs. Standard Suite?

The Standard Suites are best suited for single occupancy boarding and are 60 square feet in size. The Junior Suites are suited for 2 small to medium size dogs at 80 square feet, and the Extra Large Suites are suited for 2 larger breeds at 120 square feet. Each suite has a sleeping area with a raised orthopedic cot bed, a space for food and water, and an adjoining space for social time.

Can we contact you while we are away?

We would love to hear from you while you’re away! Call anytime during business hours and we will be happy to give you an update. For those of you that have email or texting capabilities, we are happy to send you a picture or a video clip of your pet.

Do you require a deposit when you make a reservation?

We only require deposits on reservations that fall during our peak season, and major holiday reservations such as Sping Break (early April), Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. All peak season/holiday reservations require a deposit of one half of your boarding fees at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are non-refundable, and not transferrable to another reservation.
